The program has realized $6.0M savings in claims through the first 4 years and is on track for additional savings. PforymWELL, a Lubbock-based company, is our wellness provider. Their expertise in program design and outcomes management has enabled us to grow the success we’re experiencing. It started with increases in participation and evolved into affecting the bottom line. We are proud to offer our employees a full service wellness program. We believe that a healthy staff is a productive staff.
