First, we will review progress toward compliance with the requirement to offer coverage and the affordability requirement. Second, we will discuss the upcoming reporting requirements, including tracking strategies. We will touch on the other employer requirements of the ACA, including nondiscrimination, non-retaliation, and mandatory enrollment.
