1940s

Barbara Googins Caldwell ' 46 writes , “ I am still living in North Carolina and I have enjoyed my family here for 22 years since retiring . Many classmates have passed on , I know , but I send you good wishes to any who are reading this !”

1950s

Wallace R . Cunningham ' 57 writes , “ Mary & I met with Jim Stebbins ( 1957 ) & his wife , Marjorie , this past June ( 2022 ) at their home in Florida .”
Roger Mondor ' 74 writes , “ I moved to Florida 4 years ago . I am working for Germfree Labs here in Ormond Beach building Medical Labs , I am one of the Leads on the project doing this now for 3 and half years .”
Linda Johnson Presby ' 74 writes ,” Retired after 41 years with the same company ! Hubby & I are doing a bit of traveling & mostly getting to projects we ' ve put off .”
Horst Seeley ' 58 moved from New Hampshire to Vermont in 2022 after the passing of his wife , Sue , in 2021 .

1960s

Carol Begley Gray ' 63 writes , “ After teaching English 35 years & GED prep for 12 years , I now fill my time reading , oil painting & traveling . I ' m thankful for the great education Thornton provided .”
Wayne Nason ' 66 writes , “ Enjoying retirement with family and friends here in Augusta .”

1970s

Chuck Tsomides ' 73 let us know that he had a successful hip replacement in November . Chuck , pictured with Troy the Trojan at our 2022 Homecoming game , remains a big TA fan .
A group of TA alumni celebrated the life of Steve Fogg ' 76 on a trip to Baltimore for an Orioles - Red Sox game . Steve had hoped to make the trip , but sadly passed a few months before . “ Everywhere we went , a seat for Foggy was draped with his shirt ,” said Marc Paquette ‘ 75 . “ The eight of us had a great celebration-of-life weekend ."
