Sergeant-at-Arms (Appointed Officer). It shall be the duty of the Chapter Sergeantat-Arms to:

Standing from Chapter meetings.

Assist the presiding officer and the Chapter Parliamentarian in considering
and enforcing Chapter rules, regulations and policies.

Serve as timekeeper when necessary.

Assist presiding officer with the physical arrangements and responsibilities of
preparing and arranging the Chapter meeting space

Provide direction and assistance to Members and visitors that attend Chapter
meetings or functions.

Assist in the voting process when necessary
