L. Maintain a scrapbook for viewing during the National Convention, Mothers’ Conference, and/or the Chapter’s initiation ceremony. Elected for one term (2 years) Editor. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Editor to: 1. Gather and assemble all information concerning the activities of the Chapter to be submitted to “UP THE HILL”. 2. Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Publicity Committee. 3. Manage the Chapter’s website (if any) 4. Serve as liaison for Teen issues and concerns to the Executive Committee. 5. Prepare the Chapter’s submission to SCOPE 6. M. Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive terms (4 years) Parliamentarian (Appointed Officer). Parliamentarian to: It shall be the duty of the Chapter 1. Assist the presiding officer in the interpretation of the National Constitution and Bylaws, the Chapter Bylaws and the Parliamentary Authority of the Organization (RONR). 2. Interpret procedure according to the National Constitution and Bylaws, the Chapter Bylaws, the SWSDRCP, and RONR. 3. Advise the presiding officer on orderly conduct in meetings. 4. Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Bylaws Committee (Article V, Section 2(3). 5. Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Nominating Committee (Article V, Section 2(7). 6. Update the Chapter Bylaws as amended by the Chapter, and ensure that they conform with the National Constitution and Bylaws. 7. Serve as the Chapter’s liaison to the Regional and National Legislative Committees 81 81
