Keep proper records of the Chapter’s financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting rules and practices. Elected for one term (2 years) ), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive terms (4 years) Financial Secretary. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Financial Secretary to: 1. Record all monies of the Chapter. 2. Keep records of all financial matters including fundraising records. 3. Notify the Chapter Executive Committee of all financially delinquent members within 30 days of such delinquency. 4. Work in cooperation with the Chapter Treasurer to compile and transmit such financial reports as required by the Chapter. 5. Be bonded by an approved bonding company approved by the National Organization, in an amount to be determined by the National Organization. 6. Serve on the Chapter Budget and Finance Committee. 7. Elected for one term (2 years) ), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive terms (4 years) K. Historian. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Historian to: 1. Record and maintain the Chapter’s history through the Chapter scrapbook and maintain: a. Trophies and awards given to the Chapter b. Copies of official documents related to the creation of the Chapter c. A record of the activities of the Chapter d. Photographs and newspaper clippings about the Chapter e. 2. Copies of publications/articles related to the Organization and the Chapter She shall update the official history of the prior to the end of her term. 80 80
