Notify the National Recording Secretary, within fifteen (15) days, of
members who have been dropped from the roll of the Organization, along
with reason for the action.

Serve as liaison to the Fathers’ Auxiliary.

Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive
terms (4 years)
Treasurer. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Treasurer to:
1.
Deposit and disburse all funds in the name of the Chapter.
2.
Provide a financial report at all Chapter Executive Committee, Mothers’
Meetings, and Special Meetings (as requested by the Chapter President).
3.
Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Budget and Finance Committee
(hereinafter defined).
4.
Keep written accounts of all transactions as authorized by the Chapter.
5.
Work in cooperation with the Chapter Financial Secretary to compile and
transmit financial records as required by the Chapter.
6.
Maintain canceled checks on file for a period of five (5) years.
7.
Maintain two (2) bank accounts.
8.
Disburse funds ONLY upon the signatures of at least two (2) of the three
authorized Chapter officers: The President, Vice President, and Treasurer
and subject to any additional procedures as outlined in the SWSDRCP.
9.
Ensure that all expenditures are made in accordance with the Chapter budget
and authorized by a signed voucher, specifically indicating expenses.
10.
Be bonded by an approved bonding company approved by the National
Organization, in an amount to be determined by the National Organization

Pass financial records and properties of the office to the incoming treasurer
immediately upon completion of the Chapter’s End of Year reporting
requirement to the National Organization. Complete and audited financial
records shall be provided to the new treasurer no later than August 31st of
the new Program Year.
