G. Recording Secretary. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Recording Secretary to: 1. Record, review, distribute and archive the official minutes of Mothers’ Meetings, Executive Committee Meetings, and Special for audit. 2. Manage the process for recording minutes for all Mothers’ Meetings, Executive Committee Meetings, and Special Meetings, up to and including securing a replacement recorder in her absence. 3. Conduct roll call, log and report meeting attendance and report to the Membership Committee Chairperson for review pursuant to the relevant governing documents. 4. Submit copies of the minutes to the Chapter President no later than two weeks following each meeting. 5. Maintain accurate records of attendance at Mothers’ and Special meetings 6. Prepare minutes for dissemination to the membership. 7. Collect reports from all committees to become a part of the record. 8. Preserve all books, records and documents pertaining to that office. 9. Distribute the slate of candidates that has been submitted by the Nominating Committee to all members. 10. Elected for one term (2 years) ), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive terms (4 years). 11. Serve as liaison for the Associate’s Group to the Chapter Executive Committee.
