and report legitimate matters to the Chapter Executive Committee to
consider Members for Involuntary Termination.

Shall notify members in writing when they are no longer in Good Standing
and shall provide the rationale therefore. The committee will also advise the
Member as to what is required to be restored to Good Standing.

Shall serve as a liaison (when necessary) between the Associates Group and
the Executive Board.

Be bonded by an approved bonding company approved by the National
Organization, in an amount to be determined by the National Organization

membership status or when they have the option to go into Associate status.
Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive
terms (4 years).
Program Director. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Program Director to:

Plan and coordinate program activities of the Chapter that provide a
constructive cultural, educational and/or community serving experience for
children.
2.
Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Program Committee.
3.
Prepare and submit a copy of the Chapter Program Handbook to the
National Program Director and Regional Director by November 1st, and
make it available to the membership to review and enjoy

Implement the program thrust of the organization.
5.
Provide a monthly report to the Chapter Vice President, and a quarterly
report to Executive Committee listing the status of the member-sponsored
Age-Group Activities, noting the name of the Member and the Child for
whom the monthly activity is being sponsored.

The Chapter Program Director will provide a monthly report to the Chapter
Vice President and a quarterly report to Executive Committee listing the
status of each Child’s participation in member-sponsored Age-Group
Activities, noting the name of the Child and the Member who is responsible
for that Child’s participation.
