serve in the vacated office until someone is appointed to permanently fill the vacant
position. While the Acting Officer may make reports to the Executive Committee
and the Chapter regarding the status and ongoing plans managed by said office, the
Acting Officer shall have no voting authority in Executive Committee meetings (as
related to their status as an Active Officer) and may not utilize the funds of the
Chapter to execute projects managed by the office without prior approval of the
Chapter. Such appointments do not require an official installation ceremony.
