ARTICLE IV. Chapter Officers
Section 1.
A.

Elected Officers

The elected officers of the Chapter shall be:

President

Vice President

Program Director

4.

Recording Secretary

5.

Corresponding Secretary

Treasurer

7.

Financial Secretary

8.

Historian

Editor

Term of Office: a term of office shall be two (2) years. Elected offic ers shall serve
no more than two (2) consecutive terms (4 years).

C.

Elected officers shall be elected by the votes of a favorable majority of the Chapter
membership in Good Standing and shall serve for one term (two years) or until their
successors are elected. A Quorum must be present.

D.

Elected officers shall not hold a National Office while serving as a Chapter officer.

E.

Elected officers shall perform the duties prescribed in these Bylaws and other duties
applicable to the office as prescribed in the Parliamentary Authority adopted by the
Organization.

A nominee for elected office must be a Member in Good Standing
Any nominee for Chapter Treasurer must have attended at least one (1) of
the last two Area Workdays.

Election of Officers
1.

Officers shall be elected by the votes of a favorable majority of the Chapter
