Failure of an outgoing officer to complete and deliver officer files to
an incoming Chapter officer pursuant to Article IV, Section 6(C).
c.
Failure to meet re-activation of membership requirements after a
Leave of Absence pursuant to Article III, Section 6(C) (and the
SWSDRCP and NPP in support thereof, if any).

Failure to meet any obligations as required under Duties of Active
Members (Article III, Section 2(A)(7).
A decision to terminate membership resulting from review of a
grievance filed pursuant to the Grievance Process as provided in the
most current version of the NPP.
Notice of violations that could result in Involuntary Termination of
membership pursuant to Article III, Section 4(B)(1) above may be
reported/submitted either:
a.
as a grievance, properly submitted pursuant to the
National Grievance Process within the NPP; or
current
b.
via written notice or committee report by or to the Chapter Vice
President (as the chairperson of the Membership Committee). The
matter shall then be reviewed/presented pursuant to the National
Grievance Procedures, the Chapter Bylaws, or the SWSDRCP,
as appropriate. .
Note: If the impetus for termination is a grievance, the Chapter membership shall
adhere to the current National Grievance Policy.

All membership termination matters that rise to the level of consideration by
the Chapter body shall only be considered/presented at Mothers’ Meetings.
4.
A Member may only be Involuntarily Terminated by a 2/3 vote cast by the
membership in favor of said termination. A Quorum must be present.
5.
If a termination matter is presented to the Chapter body, and the Chapter
elects to Involuntarily Terminate membership, the Chapter Corresponding
Secretary shall issue written notice (in the form required by Article I,
Section 5 of the National Constitution and Bylaws) to the terminated
Member of the Chapter’s decision. The letter is effective once sent.
a.
If the termination is effectuated pursuant to Article III, Section
4(B)(2)(a) (National Grievance Process within the NPP) above,
any notice letter regarding Involuntary Termination must be issued
consistent with the manner outlined in the National Grievance
Process within the NPP.
