Bylaws Committee: The Parliamentarian shall chair this committee. The
committee shall develop, review and propose amendments to the Teen
Bylaws as needed.

Special Committees
Special Committee may be appointed by the Teen President (with
approval by the Teen Sponsor) as deemed necessary to carry on the work
of the Teen Auxiliary.
Special Committees and the chair ships thereof shall run concurrent with
the appointing Teen President’s term of service.
