The Committee shall prepare a ballot of slated candidates for use during
the election.
The Presiding Officer shall ensure that the ballots are counted and the
election results are published (via email) within two-weeks of the date
the election takes place.

IV.

ELIGIBILITY TO RUN FOR OFFICE
A. A Member desiring to run for office must remain a Member in Good
Standing at all levels of the Organization (Chapter, Regional and National)
throughout the election process and their tenure in office (See National
Policies and Procedures).
1.
The Member must be in compliance with all campaign procedures
and guidelines as published by the Committee and the National
Organization throughout the campaign.
2.
Should an officer be found non-compliant with any of the
Organization’s governing documents, she will be deemed
ineligible and immediately removed from the election slate (See
National Policies and Procedures).
3.
The Good Standing of every candidate shall be confirmed by the
Committee. Confirmation shall be provided via reports from the
Recording Secretary (Mothers’ Meeting attendance), the
Program Director (Age-Group activity sponsorship) and the
Treasurer/Financial Secretary (fulfillment of all financial
responsibilities).
4.
Final confirmation of Good Standing shall be reviewed on May
31st of the election year. Any newly elected officer found NOT
to be in Good Standing shall be replaced pursuant to the Chapter
Bylaws - Article IV, Section 5 – Vacancies.
B.
A Member desiring to run for an elected office must meet the
