H.

Board of the Chapter for approval and submission to the Chapter for
final approval (see the Bylaws Committee’s “Procedures for Adopting
Rules of Conduct and Procedures”). The Treasurer shall serve as Chair of
the Budget and Finance Committee.
The President, Vice President, Financial Secretary and Treasurer,
shall be bonded annually through the National Organization
Blanket Position Fidelity Bond. The Chapter shall remit Bonding
fees annually to the National Organization at the time per capita
payments are made.

III.

Chapter Dues
A.
The Chapter shall be financed through annual dues and other fees
assessed to each member of the Chapter. Chapter Dues shall be
determined annually, and shall be included in the budget submitted
by the Budget and Finance Committee and approved by the Chapter
membership no later than May 31st of the Fiscal Year prior to the
Fiscal Year in which the Chapter Dues are required to be paid.
B.
Chapter Dues shall be paid by each Member to defray expenses of
the Chapter for the current Fiscal Year. Chapter Dues must be
paid in full each Fiscal Year by cash, check, certified check,
