Professional financial service providers shall be engaged (if
necessary) prior to the commencement of a new fiscal year. (See
the National Financial Handbook regarding how to secure the
Chapter’s IRS Tax ID Numbers). Audits: A professional audit
must be performed at the end of Treasurer’s term prior to
passing the books to the new officer (for additional information
