Any vote(s) on the main matter shall only be registered by secret ballot, as
shall be managed, counted and reported by the Parliamentarian and Sergeant-atarms. Reviewing Body Members must be physically present in order to vote. Any
motion on the main matter shall pass if it receives a 2/3 majority of
the votes cast. Because the vote is by secret ballot, the presiding officer may
vote.
Notice of the results shall be sent to the Respondent by the Corresponding
Secretary.
