ITEM MAINTENANCE
Use the Product Change Form for most item maintenance . First , choose a form type and then fill in all the required fields that highlight in yellow .
A disposition will need to be selected for Pack Changes , Size Changes , and Brand Changes .
Please submit a completed form for each product along with the most updated manufacture specification sheet to Supplier Support .
