PACK CHANGES

Use the Product Change Form and fill in all the required fields in yellow . Submit the form to Supplier Support along with the most up to date manufacturer specification sheet .

Pack changes can take longer to process since it involves many departments . We will do our best to keep you updated on the process along the way .
Please provide a 90-day notice for pack changes . This is to allow the Supplier Support Team time to organize the change and notify our DCs and customers of the upcoming change in pack size so they can plan accordingly .
NOTE : Products that have never been ordered before can typically be updated immediately .
