This is a very easy
exercise. Sit in the
machine, open up your
legs slowly and close
it again. It’s recommended that you do 20
to 50 repetitions,
3 to 4 sets.
Bench squats
Take a dumbbell in
each hand then go sit
on the bench with a
straight posture and
then stand up again
slowly. Repeat for
15-30 repetitions
