Here are 7 things you can do to
ensure dramatic change:
1. Routine, Routine, Routine
Once you’ve decided that you want to start working out, choose
a specific time per day and stick to it so that you don’t cancel on
yourself.
2. Set some fitness goals
Set goals regarding your final results, whether its weight, fitness or
strength. Remember to set reasonable and realistic goals.
3. Exercises
Get yourself a workout plan from a qualified personal trainer and
stick with it step by step, no matter how hard or difficult it is.
4. Eat clean and healthy
There is a big difference between being on a diet and eating
clean, healthy foods. A diet is a strict meal plan that you are not
allowed to deviate from. Eating clean is when you follow a lean
protein, vegetable and fruit meal plan where you allow yourself
a cheat meal should you get a craving.
5. Get enough sleep
It’s important to ensure that you get at least between 6 to 8 hours
sleep. If you can take a power nap after your workout that
would also be ideal.
6. Challenge your negative mindset
While working towards your goal you will experience days where
you’ll feel demotivated and negative. The important thing to remember is to be patient and to keep working hard until you’ve
reach that milestone.
7. Enjoy doing what you do
Always smile when exercising, it makes everything so much easier
and see this as a relaxation activity.
