Eagan July 4th Funfest – July 3-4. Features the Ea-
gan Ambassador program, a carnival filled with rides
and games, live entertainment including the Crank-
shaft Solo and the Gear Daddies on July 3 and Poppa
Bear Norton and the Belfast Cowboys on July 4, pa-

Minnesota Scottish Fair & Highland Games – 4-9
p.m. Friday, July 19 and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, July
20, Eagan Central Park, 1501 Central Parkway. See
strong men in kilts compete in athletic events unique
to Scotland, hear traditional and modern Celtic music
and more. Free admission and parking. More infor-

Rosemount Leprechaun Days – July 20-29. The
city’s largest annual festival includes about 60 events
with a 100-unit parade, which will be at 11 a.m. Satur-
day, July 28; carnival, live music, fireworks, and food

Minnesota Vikings Training Camp, held last year
in late July and early August, Twin Cities Orthope-

Dakota County Fair – Aug. 5-11, Dakota County
Fairgrounds, 4008 220th St. W., Farmington. Tickets
will be available starting in July at the Dakota County
Fair box office in Ahlberg Hall. The fair includes a
midway with carnival rides, food, exhibits, music,
grandstand events, and more. Bulls & Barrels Rodeo

Burnsville Fire Muster – Sept. 5-8. Features city
block party, classic car show, craft beer tasting, enter-
tainment, fireworks, carnival rides, children’s activi-
ties, emergency personnel demonstrations, food and

Ramble Jam – Sept. 13 and 14, Dakota County
Fairgrounds. Country rock music festival organized
