Piloxing Barre
You have heard about barre classes. This program takes
those same techniques to improve balance, strengthen
joints and tone muscle with the addition of boxing. The
extra cardio element makes the 45 min. class a complete
workout challenging all energy systems. The ballet barre
is used for balance, isometric engagement and as a tool
during boxing combos. Be ready to get the heart pumping.

virtually on Zoom. Participants will receive an email if the
class is going to be presented virtually.

Commitment Day
Get back in the groove as we get back to business. At the
start of each week, our fitness coordinator and some of
your favorite instructors will lead you in an inspirational
20 minute workout. QUICK, SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE The
last 10 minutes will be used to explain your challenge
for the week. This could be anything from attending free
classes to keeping a food diary. Turn in your "homework"
by Sunday and you will be back on your fitness journey
in no time. Led by Nicole Schaller and Guest Instructors.
*Must register by Jun 11. **Zoom log in information will be
included on your ACTIVE receipt.
Held virtually on Zoom and will transition outdoors to the
Spray Park Pavilion.
