WELLNESS Adult/Teen Wellness Hard Core Ladder (Ages 18+) From interval workouts to weightlifting, you will get a taste of it all. The variety of drills and exercises will challenge your body and break plateaus. Track your progress with personal performance assessments at the beginning and end of each session. A variety of drills and exercises will be presented to challenge your muscular strength, endurance and stamina. The sled hill will be utilized to increase lower body strength along with, a mix of endurance equipment. Be prepared to break a sweat as your body learns to adapt to the outdoor environment. *Please bring a water bottle and a mat. Led by Jesse Sylvester.
