Hard Core Ladder (Ages 18+)
From interval workouts to weightlifting, you will get a taste
of it all. The variety of drills and exercises will challenge your
body and break plateaus. Track your progress with personal
performance assessments at the beginning and end of each
session. This class is not for the novice participant. Prepare
to sweat! Led by Dawn Blough. (4 wks)

Barre Tone

Try out the latest fitness craze! A perfect combination
of yoga, Pilates and strength training will be presented
while using the ballet barre as a tool. Develop lean muscle,
enhance your balance and work on deep core strength.
Small equipment will be incorporated to target muscle
groups that you never knew you had. Led by Diane

Cycle and Strength (Ages 18+)
Are you struggling to fit everything in? Get your aerobic and
strength training all in one class. The instructor will lead
you through a 30 min ride followed by 30 min of strength
drills . Space is limited. Led by Dawn Blough. (4 wks)

Outdoor Fit Fusion (Ages 14+)
Take your workout uphill this summer at Community
Park. A variety of drills and exercises will be presented to
challenge your muscular strength, endurance and stamina.
The sled hill will be utilized to increase lower body strength
along with, a mix of endurance equipment. Be prepared to
break a sweat as your body learns to adapt to the outdoor
environment. *Please bring a water bottle and a mat. Led
by Jesse Sylvester. (4 wks)
