Towards one end of the brand chronology , we had Mike Vanderzand ’ s beautiful 1986 Subaru Brat , originally from California and featuring the iconic jump seats in the bed . On the other end , there were many current-generation WRX models , several featuring unique styling and performance upgrades . Of course , several motorsports versions of Subaru models , from rallying to road racing to unlimited-class time attack , were also present for the gearheads to drool over .

This year , Subaru Canada played a more active role in HyperMeet with the goal of expanding the event and making it more accessible to a more diverse range of enthusiasts . In addition to the Toronto Subaru Club having a large presence , there were also owners from Boosted Boxers and suppliers such as Camp Rumble there to connect with fellow Subie fans .
