Online surveys were completed for the major field days held at Tabletop and Strathalbyn in May 2019 , with more than 50 people attending across two days and 25 surveys completed . Two NQ Dry Tropics Facebook posts about the field days attracted a great deal of interest . Day 1 post - 55 likes , 1 comment and 7 shares . ‘ Great event put on by NQ Dry Tropics over the past few days in Collinsville . The event showcased mechanisms that assist in building
soil health and improving pasture condition ; with the overall goal of preventing soil erosion . The list of speakers was pretty special for the area and it was great to listen to and chat with Dr . Christine Jones , Bob Shepherd , Dick Richardson and Brian Wehlburg . Thanks a lot to Rodney Kerr for organising and letting some of the Northern Gulf crew come along .
