CLASS
DESCRIPTION
All Classes Held at Spanish Wells Activity Center
Adult Active: This class combines light weights and
cardio with a focus on building core strength to
improve everyday activities and sports performance.
Pilates: Bring your mat and strengthen your core for a
fusion of flexibility and strength exercises.
Balance and Mobility: Have fun finding your center
with creative balance exercises. Then find new ways to
move and explore your ranges of motion. Step Cardio: Classic step cardio set to fun, upbeat
music! In this scale-able class, we keep it simple with
basic moves while minimizing turns or spins but, we
amp up the challenge with knee-raises and kicks.
Chair Yoga: A yoga class designed to be gentle on the
joints and geared toward those who have some physical
limitations. Yoga: Gain strength, balance, and flexibility as you flow
through a series of standing and seated poses, finishing
with a soothing savasana.
FitBodyBliss: Cardio, strength, & recovery all in under
60 minutes. This challenging class combines cardio
kickboxing, power yoga, and bodyweight exercises,
then brings you down to stretch and relax with a short
savasana. Zumba: Every class is a dance party! Come ready to
dance and have fun as you forget you're even exercising!
Gentle Yoga: A relaxing, soothing series of gentle poses
designed to stretch out the stiffness.
H.I.I.T.: Improve your metabolism by combining
strength and conditioning. Begin with a brief warm-up.
Then challenge yourself to short bursts of power and
strength work, interspersed with periods of recovery.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
Fee-Based, Semi-Personal Training: An intensive,
structured, training program designed to challenge!
Incorporating weight-training & cardio to truly
transform your physique! This program is limited to a
maximum of 6 participants per group and requires an
initial consultation and evaluation before you begin.
Intervals: Strength & Conditioning made simple! 15
minutes of cardio intervals followed by 30 minutes of
strength training. We’ll finish our workout with 10
minutes of deep stretching.
