CARA'S CARDIO
What’s your resolution this year? Maybe you want to
put more power in your golf swing or improve your
agility in tennis. Perhaps you’d like to shed the extra
pounds you may have gained over the holidays. No
matter your health goal, your Spanish Wells Fitness
Team has options that will suit your goals.
We’re offering fitness classes six days a week to help you
be as fit as you want to be! If you’re new to exercising
regularly, come observe a class or catch the instructor
before class to address any questions or concerns you
may have. Most of the classes offered can be scaled or
modified to meet you at your current fitness level. We
are here to assist you and make exercise fun so check
out the class descriptions and see which classes appeal to
you.
Do you want a more thorough workout with structure
and goals to help you get back on track after those
holiday indulgences? Small Group Training is your
answer. Work with a personal trainer to guide you as you
improve strength, flexibility, and your overall physique.
All the benefits of personal training for $23.00 per
session. Space is limited so don’t wait to get started.

• Tuesdays & Thursdays with Chris:
8:30 am - 9:30 am
• Wednesdays with Cara: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Also, this month, save the date for our Bend & Lift
Workshop with Chris. This workshop will cover
mobility and body mechanics for the most fundamental
movements that we use every day. Learn the proper
way to squat, bend, and lift as well as modifications for
improved, active, daily living. Chris will teach you how
to assess these movements and identify your best form.
Just learning the right way to move can reduce pain
in your joints from the unnecessary stress of improper
movement.
• Tuesday, January 21st at 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm for
$15.00 per person.
I’d like to send a special shout out to our “biker gang”
that joined me for our Holiday Spirit Bike Run. Your
outfits were on point! Thanks for helping me kick off the
holiday season with such festive holiday spirit. We had
so much fun and I believe this was just the first event
of a new tradition here at Spanish Wells. I can’t wait to
bike with you all again next year. If you missed it, I hope
you’ll join us next year for it was a jolly good time!
