Ms . Robin Hall , a history teacher , has been at Alpha Omega Academy for two and a ? half ? years . She was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado . She enjoyed being outdoors a lot as a kid , and she did a lot of camping , hiking , and fishing with her family growing up . As a child , she used to love playing " school " with her friends , and she always enjoyed being the teacher . She enjoys learning and helping students learn new things !
Ms . Hall ? s favorite subject is American History because she enjoys studying about the beginnings of our country . She said , there are so many fascinating things that have happened in American History ! Her favorite time periods are the Colonial Times and the American Revolution . Outside of teaching , her hobbies include arts and crafts , scrap-booking , painting pottery , and canvas painting .
Ms . Hall likes to help her students understand the importance of history and why we need to understand the past in order for us to understand the present and to hopefully , make a better future .
Her favorite Bible verse is Zeph . 3:17 :

is a reminder that God is always with us . He is mighty to save us , and He loves us .
Jesus Christ has always been an important part of Ms . Hall ? s life . She was fortunate to be raised in a Christian home , and she felt called to ministry at a young age . She desires to reach others for Christ through building relationships . Her advice for AOA students is to always put your relationship with Christ first in your life .

She likes to do " Do It Yourself " projects around the house . She has replaced the plumbing on a faucet in the bathroom ; she can rewire a light switch , and she likes to do painting and other repairs around the house .
