shown kindness and affection for possibly the first time in their lives. Needless to say, they flourished in their foster homes. When their previous owner appeared in court, he was banned from keeping dogs for 10 years, and finally Sam and Chip were signed over into our care. Jacky decided to adopt Sam the Airedale, and he now has a wonderful life with her. In July, Sam passed his Kennel Club Good Citizen gold test, which is quite an achievement! After much deliberation, Chip’s foster Mum decided not to adopt Chip, as her dog had taken a bit of a back seat whilst Chip was being fostererd and she felt rightly that it was time he had all the attention again. Thankfully In June, Chip also found a wonderful new home, and as you can see from the pictures they now both have a bright future ahead of them!
