Some lines to guide you on nutrition

1. Eat from all categories of nutrients even if you are running late to speak at a conference.

2. Balance out what you are eating even if all you want to eat is that really tasty-looking meat dish the tribe chief is offering you

3. Eat a lot of vegetables, legumes, and fruits even if that meat dish seems good enough for you.

4. Eat a lot of cereals, preferably wholegrain to give your tongue a different texture and flavor to go with the meat dish. Also to help your bod'y digestive system.

5. Include lean meat, fish, chicken, or other alternatives like artichokes, broccoli, soymilk that are good sources of iron, which gives you an excuse to dig into that meat dish.

6. Eat dairy products or other alternatives which will give your body calcium so you’ll be big and strong enough to preach the Gospel! Amen!

7. Drink a lot of water which helps transport and clean our bodies of waste just like how God cleanses and forgives us of our sins.

8. Limit unhealthy fats and total fat intake which gives you an excuse to not eat that greasy, slimy bug dish the tribe chief is offering you saying it is a signature dish of their tribe

9. Choose foods low in salt even though you are the salt of the earth. (Matthew 5:13)

10. Do not eat so much sugar and foods containing added sugars even though God has given you a sweet tooth.
