Highly developed workforce development strategies and systems that are well resourced and based on support at the point of need .
Diversity
Addressing the systemic , cultural and social barriers that restrict the development of a diverse coaching workforce while also working to ensure that the existing workforce is able to engage participants with diverse and specific needs .
Experience
Reimagining the experience for the participant and ensuring that coaches are developed in line with these experiences – our coaches are cast members and the participant is the star of the show .
Sustainability
Develop a ‘ regenerative ’ system that meets the needs of people within the means of the planet . Seek to align the organisation ’ s purpose , networks , governance , and finance with this goal .
