your vision board (or just tape or glue it on a piece of cardboard if you don't
already have a vision board). Then, cut out a picture of your face sized in
proportion to the photo, and paste your face over the body of your dreams. Put it
somewhere you will see all the time – like on your bedroom dresser – as a great
manifesting tool and a daily reminder of your goal!
The Third Step: Tracking Your Results
As you apply the Theta*Genix program, it is recommended that you get a journal
and do the following things to keep yourself on task and track your results.
First, weigh yourself and determine your body fat percentage just once a week.
Write down the results in your journal. You should do this at a consistent time –
it's best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after using the restroom
because that is when your weight will be most consistent. And if you are doing
Isagenix cleanses, it's even better if you weigh yourself the morning after you
finish your cleanse.
I do not recommend weighing yourself every day, because the normal
fluctuations in your weight may be distracting. (My weight fluctuates about 5
pounds during the day, depending on the time of day and how much I eat and
drink.)
Next, measure yourself just once a month and write down the results in your
journal.
If you are really serious about getting great results, I also recommend you keep a
food journal, where you write down how much and what you eat and when you
eat it.
If you are working with an accountability buddy (see below), you may want to
keep this journal in electronic form so you can easily email your weight, body fat
and food journal to your buddy each week.
