This is also true of the many substances that get introduced into your body, which is why the body will try to eliminate those from its domain. The symptoms for all these elimination attempts are what are known as the many diseases that exist and are named according to which area is affected. But the signs are there to be known, way before toxic saturation of an affected area is created.
Body odors, bad breath, headaches, diarrhea, nausea, etc., all show your body’ s attempts at eliminating unwanted substances from its domain, using as many exit routes as it can use. If these habits of indiscriminately ingesting substances that do not belong within your body persist, and the body’ s needs are ignored, then saturation of toxins with its negative consequences, will result.
To get a better perspective and understanding of some of your physical body’ s needs and limitations, here’ s an excerpt from my first book,“ The Small Book Of Health”,

To the degree to which a species deviates from its Natural diet, to that degree will it have to pay the consequences of the indiscretions made which means the price of disease. Each have their own, unique physiological traits that are built specifically for handling and processing their own natural diet. In Nature, few species will ever deviate from their intended, natural diet as their instincts will be attuned enough to guide them properly, and to reject anything that doesn’ t belong in their system. We, as human beings, have deviated far from our natural diet, and have stopped listening to our instincts to guide us toward our natural food. We are now paying the high price of disease, and of health loss and deterioration.
To try to ease the damages that are being done from our indiscriminate choices when it comes to food and to eating, it is important to better understanding the different food groups, along with their varied digestive needs, and thus be able to make better decisions as to which food groups can be eaten at the same meal, alongside other food groups. This will alleviate the strain that is placed on the vital nerve energy reserves, and their consequential depletion when the body tries to process an improperly combined meal. More nutrients will get extracted from the better combined and digested foods. There will also be less poisonous toxins from the by-products of indigestion, as meals get combined properly. This will save you precious vital nerve energy which can be used instead, in the healing and regenerating processes of the body.

There are substances used with food that were never intended to ever enter the human body. These toxic products do not belong inside your body. They cannot be used in the nourishment of your tissues. They are therefore, poisonous, harmful, indigestible, and enervating. They are irritants, and are so damaging inside the body. These are used as condiments to stimulate the taste buds, and have no usefulness in the body.
There are also foods that are not ideal within the system, and can cause a lot of turmoil once inside the body. These are all of the processed foods, all the refined foods, all of the preserved foods, all the fermented and fragmented foods. They have all been tampered with, they are no longer whole, and they do not exist in Nature. Try to avoid these as much as possible.
Some food groups should not be eaten together at one meal, as each has its own digestive needs which will require different processes and times than some of the others. If these limitations are ignored, and the natural laws are not adhered to, digestive problems will occur. This will cause the food to ferment and putrefy, causing all kinds of issues inside the body as was explained previously. Some of these food groups are the proteins and the starchy carbohydrates. Others like fruits, need to be eaten alone, separately from all other groups, and they need to be eaten on an empty stomach. There are also fats that completely slow down the digestive process, so if your metabolism is already slow due to low energy reserves, it is recommended that you stay away from fats as much as you can.
It is also important to point out about digestion, that if you drink while you eat, you will dilute your digestive juices, rendering them weaker in their concentration levels, thus less efficient in breaking down the eaten foods. If you must drink, do so about a half hour before the meal is eaten, or wait at least 3 hours, or longer after eating a meal, depending on what was eaten.
