UAB SPECIALTY PHARMACY SERVICES Provision of Care Plan
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE We welcome and embrace patient , family , and caregiver comments and complaints about the care and services provided . We do our best to prevent complaints , but if they arise , we will work diligently to resolve identified problems .
Complaints will be resolved when they are received . If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately , it becomes a grievance . Within 5 days of receiving the grievance , management will notify you that an investigation is ongoing . A complete resolution will be sent to you in writing within 14 days .
