The new EVA oven: designed to simplify, built to last

In the world of laminated glass processing, efficiency is no longer an option: it is a requirement.
Glass shops today are looking for technological solutions that are able to respond to intense production rhythms, customised processes and increasingly complex materials. It is in this context that Bovone’ s new EVA oven fits, designed with a precise objective: to offer a solid, reliable system tailored on the real needs of companies. Available in models 3.2 and 2.2, the oven features a versatile and intuitive configuration. The two independent operating chambers, which can also operate at the same time with different parameters, allow for optimized cycle management: a strategic advantage for those working on different projects or needing to adapt to different schedules. The operator can set, save and modify heating and cooling curves through a 10” HMI touch screen interface, which is simple and easy to use. The forced air convection heating system ensures even heat distribution over the entire load surface, ensuring consistent results even on complex batches or layers with inserts. In support, the digital vacuum gauge with light signal offers precise control over the air extraction phase, improving film adhesion and reducing the margin of error. The design is based on criteria of practicality and sustainability. With an installed power of 45 kW- lower than the current average- the oven allows intelligent management of energy consumption, without compromising productivity or quality. An important advantage for all companies aiming to reduce operating costs and improve their sustainability profile. Its working dimensions- useful surface area of up to 3200x2200 mm, useful height of 430 mm and maximum load per chamber of 700 kg- make it suitable for both large formats and complex layering. It is precisely the useful height that also allows curved glas s to be processed, expanding the application possibilities of the system. The oven was developed to process EVA film, a material that is becoming increasingly popular due to its adhesive qualities, resistance to moisture and the possibility of integrating decorative or functional elements. Thanks
to the precise control of the thermal curves and the flexibility of the system, the material’ s potential can be exploited to the full even on small customized batches.“ We designed this oven on the basis of what glass companies ask us every day: flexibility, energy saving, simplicity and consistent quality. The result is a concrete solution, ready to face the challenges of modern production,’ comments Federica Bovone, CEO of the company. Robust, highperformance and designed to last, the new EVA Bovone oven is the answer of a company that has been listening to the market for over seventy years and translating its demands into reliable, efficient solutions that are easy to integrate into the most advanced production contexts.
