A nice assortment of vintage and modern Maritime collectibles.
Includes many neat items like: large vintage flown Pennant
from S.S. Harvard (30" long); 20" model of RMS Queen Mary,
encased, with mild damage but otherwise great shape; largesized preliminary deck plan for the S.S. America; pair of Ship
die-cast models for S.S. United States and R.M.S. Queen
Elizabeth, both unopened; life jacket from the S.S. United States
(last inspected, 1968); medium sized, 10" diameter, U.S.S.
Otterstetter souvenir life ring; small 6" diameter, U.S.S.
Wyoming souvenir life ring; small 4" diameter, U.S.S. Missouri
souvenir life ring; 11 vintage flown ocean liner Pennants, in
various conditions; wooden bridge Sign from an old steamer,
reads 'NO PASSENGERS OR UNAUTHORISED PERSONS
ALLOWED ON THIS BRIDGE', likely turn of 20th century;
various Italian shipping items including Home Lines ashtray
(near-mint), small tray, souvenir toy life ring, die-cast model
of the MSC Opera, and couple decks of cards; thin binder with
various maritime ephemera, including vintage postcards, ship
menus, programs; souvenir life ring from S.S. Hamilton;
beautiful cast iron corkscrew in the shape of Viking ship; hard
plastic souvenir tote bag from the United States Lines; group
of Queen Elizabeth 2 and 3 hats, sweater, patch and windbreaker; a Holland America line vintage scarf; finally, a group
of twenty (20) vintage press photos of various ships from the
1930s and 1940s, typical examples include R.M.S. Queen
Mary, and S.S. President Cleveland, mostly in Very Good to
Fine condition. Interesting selection of items for the collector
and dealer alike.
An eclectic group of 110 vintage photographs, mostly Press
photos with original verso stamps, of various topics from the
middle 20th century. Largest group here are around seventy
(70) press photos of crimes and accidents, often featuring the
police, the fire department, car crashes (nothing graphic), crime
scenes, and other serious situations; these are almost all from
the mid-to-late 1950s, and mostly Fine to Very Fine. Also, group
of couple dozen college football vintage photos, also from the
1950s, featuring players from Notre Dame, Baylor, UCLA,
Yale, Villanova, Stanford, etc., condition on average Fine.
Remaining photos cover trains (with several train wrecks) and
a small group of TWA Models, including one featuring Tina
Louise, the voluptuous Ginger of Gilligan's Island fame.
Approximately 110 photos to sort through for the vintage photo
collector.

Two bronze plaques for USS Grand Canyon AD-28 & USS
Newport LST-1179. USS Grand Canyon is circular & 6½” in
diameter weights 4 lb. USS Newport is shield shaped about
8½” high & 7½” wide weights 2.5lb. Both clean & attractive,
could be mounted on wall.

Group of six vintage flags, all from various ships of the 20th
century. Includes following items: American President Lines
Company flag (5½’x4'); American Mail Lines Company flag
