and client spend lots of time together and really get to know each other.
While working throughout the community Sutton said he has built connections with many people and businesses who do home repair and remodeling which has come in handy with clients, especially those moving in from out of town.
“ One thing I have tried to do is to get to know as many contractors who fix things so that when a client asks if I know anybody that can paint, I can say, ' Yes, call this guy,'” said Sutton.“ People moving into the community or someone who is a new homeowner, they usually don’ t know where to go for those types of things or know about fixing things. try to connect them with the resources they need.”
After getting to know and being welcomed into the community himself, Sutton said he wants to get people to come to the community and to be a part of and to enhance the community as a whole.
“ In the end you want everyone to feel good and be happy after their purchase. I always tell everyone‘ you need to feel good about this.’ Walk it, see if it feels like a good house, if it feels solid, if it looks solid. I want you to feel good about it,” he said.“ When you put yourselves into the lives of the homeowners for five or six weeks, you build a relationship and get to know them and sometimes you end up being friends. I’ ve met some of my

That flexibility has allowed the Suttons to be more involved with their son’ s athletic career.
Both Bobby and Victoria are athletic and avid sports fans.
Braden is a junior at Pulaski County High School and plays basketball for the Maroons.

Braden was playing on the seventh grade team, but Sutton decided to coach the younger team instead of his son’ s because he felt it was better for him to have a coach other than his dad the first year.
