FAMILY COMMUNICATION & ENGAGEMENT
Enrolling adults need to ensure they have an active ParentVUE account. Having an active and updated ParentVUE account allows families access to:
• View current student grades
• Set up academic alerts
• View student attendance
• View student schedules
• Complete athletic registrations
• Edit student emergency contact information
• Update family contact information

Ways to Engage at Smitha! We seek to maintain an active partnership with our families as we work together to ensure a successful learning experience for our students. Open communication is a critical component of a healthy relationship between the school and home. Attending family / teacher conferences, communicating via phone calls, text messages, or email, as well as accessing CTLS Parent are all highly effective methods to maintain open lines of communication. When families are actively engaged in school in positive ways, students do well. In addition, both the PTA and Principal Advisory Council provide additional avenues of family engagement.
