Several additional academic-based screening programs are also conducted throughout the school year, including the BEACON Assessment for 6 th – 8 th graders and CCSD Interim Assessment.
More information regarding these assessments will be communicated to families as the testing dates approach.
STUDENT RECORDS REQUEST Enrolling adults may request copies of their child’ s academic records by contacting the grade level counselor. Please allow at least 10 school days to process the request. The JR-3 form must be signed by the enrolling adult.
