What is a typical day like to you? There are basically three different types of days in my life. Monday till Saturday there are good and bad weather days. Normally, the alarm clock will ring at 4:58am. On a bad weather day I´ll brush my teeth, prepare my bag, head to the gym, train, and aterwards have my breakfast right there. Then I´ll drive home, have a shower and meditate for 15 minutes. Then I´ll log on my iPhone and answer emails and messages. Then I´ll start working, head to university, or refer to Eisenhowers Decision Matrix to do some sector II work. This will go on till lunch at 1pm with some breaks e.g. go for a walk or do some stretching. Same procedure till evening and prepare food for tomorrow and dinner at 7pm. Aterwards I will most of the time read some book. I love fantasy and historical novels but currently I´m reading pretty diverse stuff. On "good weather days" I'll most oten than not start my day by having a shower. Meditation aterwards then some work till breakfast at 7am. Aterwards again the previously described work stuff till about 11 then some outdoor workout and then taking my lunch out with me and eat under the sun and later sunbathe (sometimes with a friend) till - let's say - 4pm. Concluding the day with the same procedure as on "bad weather days". Sounds very boring but actually it isn't as I try to make the sector II work very Photo: Zander interesting and sometimes there are of course exceptions to these basic types. On Saturday I might have a longer hiking tour with my dogs for example or I might do some of the work outdoors. Just to make it clear: I consider "inspiring and interesting" meetings as well as writing and all kinds of other "important", but not "necessary work" as sector II work. The third type is Sunday. That is my "day off". I do not do any sports or work. The maximum is to be very active with a bike tour or a long walk etc, but most of the time I´m pretty lazy. Typically I meet up with friends, read some exciting book, maybe do some yoga, or take a bath. Sleeves Magazine
