Roshan Luo , eleventh grader , football expert , captain of the high school football team , and a great footballer himself was referee for one home game for one of the middle school games , he gave his overall thoughts on the team as well .
“ I felt like the team performed as a whole , they understand the role of each player and had confidence in their tasks . The aggression of the entire team gave me the feeling that they were there to win ” said Roshan on his impressions on the team from closely watching them as referee in one of the home games .
The most positive and remarkable thing about the team was it ’ s extremely positive spirit , understanding for one another and the for the coaches , confidence within the players , and the desire for victory and success within the players .
Has this team outperformed last year ’ s super-successful high school team ? The most probable answer is no , however , we shouldn ’ t compare them because of the huge differences in ability and levels . This middle school season was successful in its own way , with three wins , one loss , and one draw .
