When it comes to throwing a great party,
it’s hats off (again) to the Toronto Subaru
Club. This year’s annual HyperMeeting
drew a record-breaking crowd of 1300
enthusiasts and 900 vehicles to Subaru
Canada HQ on August 14.
The Subaru faithful from all over the
Greater Toronto Area enjoyed a day
filled with food, friends and, as always,
opportunities to show off in the popular
Show ‘n Shine competition. This year, 175
vehicles were on display. Musical guests
Grand Line created a rocking soundtrack
for family-friendly activities including a
kids’ zone, games, superheroes, a pet
zone and a scavenger hunt for Buddy the
Border Collie.
Proceeds from this event tallied $18,000
and these funds were matched by Subaru
Canada and then donated to the Ronald
McDonald House Charities Toronto. In the
past nine years that HyperMeeting has
taken place, over $157,000 has been raised for
