Edmonton Folk Music Festival
August 7 – 10, 2014
The Edmonton Folk Music Festival began
in 1980 with one staff member and 300
volunteers – it has since grown into one
of the top folk festivals worldwide. With a
volunteer team of over 2,000, the festival
brings in the greatest folk music from
around the world. Last year’s line-up
included performances by Feist, Martin
Sexton and Loreena McKennitt.

The Calgary Stampede boasts the
greatest outdoor show on earth. It offers
top rodeo shows, thrilling rides, exciting
fairgrounds and the hottest performers

the stage at the Virgin Mobile Stampede
Concert Series on July 9-10, 2014. This
will be her first time outside Las Vegas
in recent years, and her only performance

Jazz Festival

One of the world’s most critically
acclaimed jazz festival hits Vancouver
annually. More than 300 performances
in over 30 venues light up the Lower
