Voice Lessons

Mr. Makris will meet with students in a private voice studio setting. Students will work on developing an understanding of proper vocal technique including breathing, relaxation of the vocal mechanism, vowel placement all while learning new and exciting songs. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to work and a desire to become a better singer. Students will meet for 30 minute per lesson.
Thursday After School Classes
The Art of Painting
Teacher: Diana Cortez, Primary School Art Teacher Grades: Kindergarten, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th & 5 th Dates: Thursdays, September 13- October 18( 6 weeks) Times: 3:45 – 4:45 p. m. Fees: $ 168 + $ 40 = $ 208 Minimum Enrollment: 5; Maximum Enrollment: 25 Come join Mrs. Cortez for a fun, relaxed painting class, where you will improve your fine motor and observation skills utilizing acrylic paint and blending colors and adding light and shadow. You will create a beautiful panting of your choice that you and your family will enjoy for many years.
Guitar Lessons
Teacher: Daniel Gomez Grades: 1 st – 8 th Dates: Wednesdays, September 12 – October 17( 6 weeks) Time: Lessons are offered from 3:30-6 p. m. Fees: 30 minute lessons- $ 282 / 45 minute lessons- $ 372 NOTE: In order to register for 30 or 45 minute private lessons, you must contact the instructor to schedule a timeslot at danielgomez61 @ hotmail. com
Private guitar lessons offered to beginner through intermediate levels. Beginners will learn the essential open chords and basic strumming patterns, as well as note-reading to build a foundation for music. For those who have previous experience, they will elevate their guitar playing by learning barre chords, basic lead guitar techniques, continued note-reading, tablature, fingerstyle guitar, creative songwriting and more. Students will need their own guitar.
Aero Academy
Teacher: Brittany Gibson, Kindergarten Teacher( Dolphins) Grades: 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th & 5 th GIRLS ONLY Dates: Thursdays, September 13 – October 18( 6 weeks) Time: 3:30- 4:15 p. m. Fees: $ 168 + $ 20 materials fee = $ 188 Minimum Enrollment: 5; Maximum Enrollment: 15 Each week we will build a different model airplane kit to bring home. We will test our aircraft at the end of each class. Our final project will be building a solar powered helicopter! Come join Ms. Gibson and your peers to develop your designing, building, and problem solving skills!
