Instructions: In a small bowl, combine oil, liquid smoke, ginger, basil, salt & pepper and set aside. In a large bowl, place watermelon and pour oil mix over top and toss lightly. Add feta cheese crumbled over the top with remaining basil, serve cold. 1/2 Seedless watermelon (or approximately 6 cups), rind removed, cut and cubed into 1 inch pieces 8 ounces crumbled Feta Cheese ½ tsp ginger (optional) 2 teaspoons of Liquid Smoke 1 Large bunch of Basil Leaves, chiffonade (leave some aside for garnish) ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper (to taste) In a small bowl, combine oil, liquid smoke, ginger, basil, salt & pepper and set aside.
