Instructions:
Ingredients:
Cut cucumbers in half
¼ inch think and
sliced on the bias
3 Seedless Cucumbers
1 pint of teardrop/grape
tomatoes
½ medium red onion,
Cut the tomatoes in
half
½ cup rice wine vinegar
Slice red onions thin
¼ cup sugar
Crumble mozzarella
¼ cup oil
Combine all
ingredients in a large
bowl, refrigerate for at
least one hour before
serving.
