DON’T DRINK TOO MUCH COFFEE: you can drink it but don’t overdo it and be careful how much sugar you use.

DON’T FORGET PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: don’t think that a diet alone helps you! Walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes a day or take 1000 steps a day, help with weight loss, muscle tone and mood.
