MASTER CLASSES BY MEILLEUR OUVRIER DE FRANCE
The Master Classes, structured around French excel-
lence and know-how, are aimed at skill enhance-
ment and sharing of experience with a group of up
to 50 persons over a period of 3 days. These short
classes constitute a creative time whereby the SAF
expert-trainer conducts demonstrations for trainees
who are themselves professionals in the field.
In some classes, competitions will be organised
whereby a ''tablier rouge'' will be awarded to the
winner.
The difference between a Master Class and an
ordinary training is all about its organisation. In the
Master Class environment, the expert-trainer car-
ries out an activity with a trainee or a small
group of trainees by means of a demonstration
or practical exercise while others listen and ob-
serve. During the classes, the “Meilleur Ouvrier
de France” provides advice and guidance that
will benefit the whole class.
All our classes will be
MQA approved.
SAF Master Classes combine both theory for 25%
of the time and practical sessions (role plays, ap-
plications) for the remaining 75%. Each class ends
up with the award of a "Certificate of Successful
Participation".
TRAINING THROUGH IMMERSION BY MEILLEUR OUVRIER DE FRANCE
One or two-day training through direct
immersion complementing Master Classes
Some institutions can choose to contin-
ue and extend the work that has been
carried out during the Master Classes. The
programme will remain the same as for the
Master class but emphasis will be placed on
certain points according to a revised pro-
gramme. The client will have the possibility
to regroup the number of staff that he would
like to train. SAF believes that 15 trainees con-
stitute a satisfactory number of participants.

IMMERSION TRAINING COMPLETED WITH EVENTS
Certain crafts like chef, barman, sommelier, hairdresser, aesthet-
ics and make-up or baker (feast bread) will carry out an event
that constitutes a practical and concrete application of training
through immersion but is also likely to be a potential source of sig-
nificant revenue for the institution that books this training.
This training which combines both theory and practice consists of a
training through direct immersion that will conclude with an event
(last evening).
