MAURITIUS IN 2019
Each of the 16 crafts in relation to the hotel and catering industry will be dispensed at least once per year.
Among these 16 crafts, 10 will be dispensed twice a year.
For each session, the ''Meilleur Ouvrier de France'' will come to Mauritius for a weeklong mission. The 5-day mission
will be divided in two parts:
- Master classes open to all hotels and restaurants
- Training through immersion in prestigious establishments in the following ways:
